committee is responsible for the chapter web-site and newsletter. Primary Tasks: Assist with development of the newsletter, write articles, and provide photos Develop, revise, and update content for Web Site in coordination with webmaster Evaluate and make recommendations relative to establishing a Facebook Page Develop news releases for the media to promote RVTU Develop cost effective brochure for RVTU Purchase promotional clothing for sale to members: Hats, shirts, etc Design and develop cost effective premiums items(giveaways): Pens, posters, etc Membership
Dick Taylor Bylaws Charter: This
committee is responsible for membership services, membership lists and efforts. to
recruit and retain members. Primary Tasks: Meet, greet and introduce new members and visitors attending chapter meetings Send Welcome letter to new members – Include schedule of meetings Conduct phone interview follow ups with new members Develop and promote new membership campaigns Organize and participate in events to recruit new members Identify publications to run ads in for new members: Full age range: Youth to Retirees Complete and analyze survey of members Develop recruitment of non fly fishers and non fisher persons interested in conservation Identify ways to bring more women into TU. Education

Primary Tasks: Coordinate youth fishing events with key members Develop relationship with Boy Scouts and participate in Scouting events Identify and promote youth referrals to the Tri State Fish Camp at Graves Mill Lodge Develop library of books, DVD’s and other educational materials for members to check out

This committee shall
assist the Board of Directors and officers with leadership development and
submit a slate of candidates for election. Primary Tasks: The
nominating committee is charged with identifying candidates for officer
positions and conducting the annual election. The

positions and conducting the annual election. The
nominating committee will continuously seek to identify future leaders and
