Blue Ridge Mountain Council, V-Da-Li District, Cub Scout Day Camp 2008 Chip hard at work! Our own Chip Davis
gave a lecture about fly fishing, fly tying and aquatic insects to all of the
boys (68 of them). Then they split up and probably 15 of them tied a fly (with
his help). Chip was able to use the four fly tying kits from the Chapter plus
three that he brought along.
